With a team of professionals specializing in management, finance, hands-on construction, human relations, tech and design, we’re based in Portland, Oregon, and currently operate in the following construction sectors: commercial and residential fencing (Portland and Coos Bay), residential masonry (Portland), residential remodeling, residential and commercial flooring (Coos Bay), and concrete supply for general contractors (La Pine).

HISTORY
Beginnings
Jason Reid launched his career in the construction industry in 1994 by starting a masonry business in Portland, Oregon, gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of masonry and the overall scope of construction.
Building Experience
After several years, he joined Dixon Remodeling, rising to become Project Manager and then General Manager. Over two decades, Jason estimated garnered a wealth of experience completing a wide spectrum of residential and commercial remodeling projects.
DreamCon
Jason established DreamCon as a contractor and holding company for acquisition, with the goal of consolidating the fragmented nature of the construction industry. He enforces equal opportunity and meritocracy as fundamental principles of his company, demonstrating his commitment to the ethos of the American Dream.
What's next?
His mission is to excel in the construction sector by offering top-tier services through a team of professional staff, ensuring a superior, transparent, and concise experience for all clients. Apart from his entrepreneurial endeavors, Jason is also a licensed pilot, adding another remarkable facet to his diverse career.
